A New Tradition- Curry's Farm

This year, we went to Curry Farms to get a Christmas Tree. I remember going to Christmas tree farms when I was little with my family and it was so much fun. I want Avery to have those same memories. If you are in this area and haven't been to Curry Farms - you are missing out! It's a short drive from the city and there is SO much to do for kids! Avery had a BLAST and cried big alligator tears when it was time to go. She was also convinced that the 'real Santa' was our tractor driver. Can't say I blame her! Her favorite part, hands down, was feeding the goats. She still talks about that every day and she LOVED them. Charlie thinks a goat would be the perfect pet for us. Can you tell he was raised in the country? HAAA!
Playing on the hay slide. This is when I realized a 3 layer dress is not the best outfit for a little girl at a FARM!

Playing in the 'corn' box

She loved these goats!

Crawling through the big tires...

Watching the farmhands finish the trees...

The Real Santa...

A hayride to go pick up the tree we tagged...

The big dog that Avery chased around until she could pet him!

That CUTE dress didn't slow that little princess down one bit! I really wanted to get our tree from a farm also, but instead it came from a jungle known as Walmart! Maybe next year!
