Does it count as bad parenting if your toddler happens to pull a Ziploc bag off the counter, which contains garlic bread from last nights delicious supper...
...given the fact that it's a little before 6am, would you be considered a pushover if you said "No-no!" and put it back about 5 times, but she kept bringing it back to you...
...would it be so terrible if you decided that garlic bread is pretty close to toast and finally gave in and let her eat her weight in garlic bread for breakfast?

Naw, my kids have had stranger things for breakfast! ;) Jonathan had very strict thoughts on breakfast food... and then we came along. My girls used to eat homemade snack mix for breakfast that consisted of cheerios, chex, yogurt dipped raisins and goldfish. It put him over the edge that they were eating "SNACK MIX" for breakfast. I pointed out to him that 3/4 of it was breakfast cereal (the ratio of raisins and goldfish was lower than cereal) and he finally got over it. lol
Sounds good to me! ;-)
We call it Italian toast here - you know like French Toast for breakfast.
